$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Plant Quality ManagerLocation: Dekalb, ILJob Type and Duration: Direct Hire/PermanentPay range: $80k - $90kJob DescriptionWhile reporting to the Segment Quality Manager - as the Plant Quality Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant's quality testing and reporting system within the DeKalb Facility.What you'll be doing:

• Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system.
• Managing the specification, test methods and instruction processes.
• Performing line validations as major changes occur or new products are introduced.
• Ensure quality records are maintained.
• Provide direction to the QC's in attaining and maintaining plant quality.

This position is located in DeKalb, IL and 100% onsiteWe'd love to hear from you if:

• You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years' experience as a Quality Manager
• Previous experience in the development and maintenance of a quality testing/reporting system
