About the Role As the Plant Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and excellence of our products. You'll oversee the plant's quality testing and reporting systems, support continuous improvement initiatives, and act as a driving force in maintaining and exceeding customer expectations.Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Quality/SPS Manager to lead responses to customer issues and execute corrective actions, ensuring we meet or exceed customer standards.
• Contribute to long-term strategy development for the Plant Quality Department.
• Manage and support daily activities of hourly quality team members.
• Develop and maintain robust quality testing and reporting systems.
• Guide and facilitate the implementation of all aspects of the Quality Management System.
• Oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing process variation and enhancing efficiency and product quality.
• Create, manage, and maintain specifications, testing protocols, work instructions, and auditing procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and retention of quality records.
• Establish and train best practices across all shifts and departments.

Who You Are

• You hold a four-year degree—preferably in a scientific or engineering discipline—or have equivalent experience.
• You bring at least 2 years of experience building and managing quality testing/reporting systems.
• You're process-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated by operational excellence.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred and highly valued.
