Plant Ops & Dispatch Coordinator - Growmark : Job Details

Assists the Location Manager with the operations of the assigned location including personnel,scheduling, logistics, product handling, application services, and customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for the dispatching and coordinating agronomy products, administrative support and dailyoperational duties at the location. Receives customer orders and generates delivery tickets for all products shipped f rom the plant. Coordinates and dispatches spray applicators, bulk dry and liquid fertilizer applicators and deliveries. Assists in the operation and administration of the Ag-Vance dispatch and billing module. Will includedispatching, billing, report generation, coordinates inventory records, reconciles inventory variances, andposts inventory transactions. Assists Manager with scheduling of all operations and personnel at the assigned location. Responsible for the inventory control and turns in application records on a daily basis.
