Plant Operator - Chevron Corporation : Job Details

May include but are not limited to:Ability to operate the biodiesel master computer system. This includes operations of the main master control, and process production system along with recording data and generating system reports on a timely basis. Perform various quality control functions on oil, biodiesel, glycerine, fatty acid, and water, visual inspection of all types of inventory, measuring physical inventory on a periodic basis. Ability to perform all types of general facility maintenance and housekeeping, including equipment inspection, repairs, adjustments, and monitoring throughout the facility. Assist with overseeing the production in the biodiesel manufacturing plant. Learn equipment maintenance of all mechanical operations at the facility. Assist with biodiesel production to meet customer and intra-company demand in the most efficient manner. Monitor and continually improve quality control in all aspects of biodiesel operation.
