Plant Manager – Manufacturing

We're seeking an experienced and driven Plant Manager to lead operations the manufacturing facility. This leadership role focuses on improving operational efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery, while promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations, driving productivity and high performance across all departments
• Mentor and develop a strong, values-driven team culture
• Optimize costs and processes through lean manufacturing and strategic planning
• Oversee safety compliance, ISO 9001:2015 standards, and customer satisfaction
• Align production with business goals, analyze KPIs, and manage ERP systems

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• 5+ years of plant or manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong communication and ERP proficiency (Made2Manage a plus)
• Background in fluid power or OEM manufacturing highly desirable
