Plant Manager - Quarry and Plant (Philadelphia) - - : Job Details

CSG Talent is currently looking for a Plant Manager with experience in operations including rock, gravel, and cement. The role encompasses the strategic management of safety protocols, site planning, quality control, and maintenance. You'll also be responsible for asset protection, financial assessment, budgeting, cost control, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Leading a dedicated team, you'll provide guidance, training, and supervision, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and excellence.

• Responsible for leading safety, health, environmental programs, guidelines, and policies.
• Oversee production planning, staffing, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems.
• Ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead operations to meet established production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics.
• Plan and schedule plant activities, including production and training.
• Experience with quarry operations, crushing processes, and mobile mining equipment.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
