Purpose: Responsible for managing all aspects of the company's assembly business including operations, technical, quality control, logistics, safety, human resources, accounting, administration, external affairs and customer relations, while working with other locations to maintain or establish best practices. The Plant Manager is also responsible for ensuring company compliance with all government standards. EnovaPremier plants run as a collaborative business unit.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Communication Ability: Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary business-related information to which entrusted.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Office products required.
Education and Competencies: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Management Experience: Ten years of progressive experience in management. Exposure to direct customer contact, budgeting or financial planning, supervisory experience in an industrial environment (auto industry ), work and product-flow planning as well as participative style management. Experience in working in more than one plant . Understanding or work knowledge of interdisciplinary manufacturing disciplines required.
