We are a International supplier of fresh/frozen fish and meat raw materials for the pharmaceutical industries and feed industries.

Job Summary:

Oversee and coordinate daily plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost-efficiency goals are met. Drive operational efficiency while leading and motivating staff in the processing of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of production, quality/food safety, loading/unloading, equipment, sanitation, and facility security.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, USDA, FDA, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain quality control systems to meet customer specifications and food safety standards.
• Oversee production and inventory reporting for accurate and timely reporting.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Analyze usage of packaging materials and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Foster a strong safety culture through training, inspections, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Support employee development through performance management and training.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections and ensure compliance with PPE and safety guidelines.
• Uphold all company policies, attendance standards, and food safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate -

Bachelor's degree in food related

2+ years of experience within Food Industry

Working experience on OSHA, USDA, FDA and other federal, state, and local regulations
