Growing company in Ohio has an excellent opportunity available for a Plant Manager. This position will manage all production, safety, quality, maintenance, and human resources. The position will have about 60 reports. Requirements: BS Degree is preferred. Experience in either Plant Management, Production Management or Operations Management is a must. Experience in plastics, rubber, injection molding, extrusions, elastomers and / or TPE is required. This position offers a very competitive base salary, bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
