Pacific International is partnering with a global packaging leader to identify a transformational Plant Managerfor a critical manufacturing facility. This site plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's Americas division, producing a unique and key product with ambitious goals for growth, safety, and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact role where you are leading cross-functional teams, driving performance improvements, and championing a cultural transformation grounded in accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of direct reports across EHS, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, Production, and Warehousing
• Drive a safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Implement lean tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, TQM) to drive operational efficiency
• Oversee all plant functions including production, quality, supply chain, HR, and site maintenance
• Develop and monitor KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Lead cultural and organizational change, focusing on workforce stabilization and team engagement
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align site-level initiatives with long-term business objectives
• Identify and implement opportunities for capacity growth, including greenfield expansion planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or Business preferred. MBA a plus
• 10+ years of plant or operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural change
• Strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP/MRP systems
• Experience overseeing full site operations including P&L, budgeting, and performance management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive-level presence
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
