Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow hiring a dynamic Plant Manager! The Plant Manager will lead our architectural precast manufacturing operations. This leadership role combines strategic planning, daily operations oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across the plant. You'll manage production schedules, inventory, and supply chain logistics; lead a high-performing team with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement; and work closely with sales and marketing to support business development, customer engagement, and job bidding. In addition to overseeing plant performance, you'll play a key role in pricing strategy, financial reporting, cost control, and leveraging tools like Microsoft Excel for analysis and planning. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in job shop manufacturing, financial acumen, and a forward-thinking approach to operational excellence, with less than 20% travel required. Requirements:

• Bachelor's required, MBA
• Proven track record in architectural precast manufacturing
• Experience in job shop manufacturing is essential
• GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• A track record of fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Background in sales, marketing, or customer engagement within the construction materials industry
• Familiarity with job bidding and project estimation
• Willingness to travel less than 20% as required
• Understanding of CAD, project planning, and coordination

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Benefits:
