The Advance Group has partnered with a company in Canton, MI seeking Plant Manager candidates!

Job Duties for Plant Manager:

• Extensive experience in CNC programming Swiss-type turning centers with Robodrill and Lathes
• Assisting in developing and driving KPIs while partnering with the Quality department.
• Develop tooling solutions, machining methods, and provide technical support to set up operators.
• Lead a department of talented operators. Creating KPI's and driving results.
• Generate CNC programs using the latest version of PartMaker.
• Program for a variety of machine tools, including Citizen Swiss lathes, Robodrills, and Nakamura Lathes
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality

Requirements of Plant Manager:

• Minimum 3 years of experience programming Swiss machines in a production machining environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the position of Senior Machinist, Programmer, or similar position.
• Experience leading a team of talented operators.
• PartMaker software and CNC programming abilities.
• Proficiency in JobBoss ERP software is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership mentality and the desire for continuous improvement.
• Strong experience with GD&T and Form-Fit-Function principles.

Hours for Plant Manager:

• Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm
• Must be available for daily Overtime and Weekends

Compensation for Plant Manager candidates:

• $115,000 to $135,000 a year depending on experience
