Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Plant Manager in Fresno, CA!

We are currently looking for a Direct Hire Plant Manager with experience organizing production schedules, mentoring production employees and ensuring overall operations are running at the highest efficiency. The Plant Manager will play an essential role in daily decision making and process management for the company.

The hours for the Plant Manager are Monday – Friday, 7 am – 4 pm but flexible. The salary range is based on experience, between $68-75K.

-High School diploma required, Associate Degree preferred but would consider adequate experience.-At least three years of Supervisory experience within manufacturing.-Understanding of DOT regulations preferred.-Candidates who are bilingual would be ideal but not required.
