We are partnered with a leading ingredients company, trusted by global food and beverage manufacturers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance taste, nutrition, and functionality. As their growth continues, we are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to take full ownership of a flagship production facility.

The Opportunity:

As Plant Manager, you will lead daily site operations, champion safety and compliance, and implement strategies that drive efficiency, cost control, and performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Quality, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain—to ensure seamless production and delivery of our specialized ingredients portfolio.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading a food, beverage, or ingredients manufacturing site
• Deep knowledge of GMP, HACCP, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and people development skills—able to inspire and hold teams accountable
• Track record of driving continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
• Financial and strategic acumen; comfortable with budget management and CAPEX planning

What You'll Do:

• Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, and warehousing
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and performance excellence
• Monitor KPIs to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and quality targets are met
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and capacity expansion
• Coach and mentor your team, building the next generation of operational leaders
