As the Plant Manager, you'll own the success of our plant operations by combining leadership, systems thinking, and hands-on execution.This is a dynamic leadership role for someone skilled at turning big goals into reality.

What You'll Do
- Inspire and align your team: Build a high-performing, engaged workforce by connecting daily work to company goals. Lead with clarity, set expectations, and foster a positive and safe environment where your team can excel.
- Oversee daily plant operations: Ensure production meets quality standards, delivery timelines, and customer requirements while optimizing resources and costs.
- Strengthen systems and processes: Continuously refine workflows and operational practices that make the plant more reliable, efficient, and scalable.
- Lead problem-solving and improvement efforts: Use root cause analysis to proactively address challenges, remove barriers, and enhance performance.
- Ensure safety and compliance: Uphold all corporate, quality, and safety standards, building a culture where safety is the default.
- Communicate and collaborate with leadership: Track key metrics and share updates on production, quality, safety, and operational improvements with senior management.
- Mentor and develop your team: Build capability and accountability across the team so that individuals grow, and the plant thrives long-term.
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years in construction, manufacturing, or production with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong skills in MS Office and confident working with operational metrics and reporting
- Deep experience with Root Cause Analysis and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills – able to inspire, align, and hold teams accountable
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and remain detail-oriented
- Physically able to climb ladders, lift 50+ pounds, and work in varying weather conditions
- Stand for extended periods.
- Lift, push, and pull over 50 pounds.
- Perform repetitive body movements.
- Withstand extreme weather conditions with appropriate protective gear.
- Climb ladders, tankers, and vertical tanks without fear of heights (15 feet or higher).
- Be flexible with working hours to ensure optimal plant performance.
