We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a long-term position based in Pulaski, Tennessee. Our client is a global leader in process optimization solutions for abrasive and impact applications, employing over 3,000 professionals worldwide.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and employee development, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance in a foundry supplying wear consumables to the mining, aggregate, and cement industries.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and strategic direction to the plant team.
• Managing production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Controlling costs and managing budgets.
• Overseeing supply chain and inventory management.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leading maintenance and ensuring equipment reliability.
• Developing and mentoring staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience managing foundry operations, with knowledge of casting and heat treatment processes.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage large teams under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
