Job Description
JOB FUNCTION:
The primary responsibility of this role is to safely manage all aspects of the assigned MPW Industrial Water regeneration plant and complete improvement projects. These projects will improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost at the plant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Commit and adhere to MPW safety objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide training and support to all plant personnel.Plan, organize, lead optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.Increase production, asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards. Plant P&L responsibility.Utilize technology to identify opportunities for improvement including but not limited to tank tracker, Power BI, and the IW quality system.Ensure that all staff are current on appropriate training (LMS), and aware of all applicable corporate policies and regulations.Due to the nature of the business as a 24/7 service company, long non-traditional hours may be required as a regular part of the job.KEY BEHAVIORS:

Bachelor's Degree or relevant managerial experience.Strong leadership skills; ability to lead, manage, and motivate; proven track record in fostering employee ownership of safety, production, and quality.Strong technical/mechanical skills with hands-on ability.Proficiency with all MS Office applications and professional interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.#J-18808-Ljbffr
