Leadership

As the Plant Manager, you'll oversee the Plymouth Manufacturing Site, providing clear objectives and feedback to plant personnel. You'll coach your direct reports to optimize performance, empower them to meet both plant and individual goals, and maintain a safe environment free from harassment and discrimination. Regular communication with plant employees will help identify opportunities for recognition, improvement, and collaboration.

Manufacturing Management

You will manage production, warehouse, and maintenance teams to manufacture quality products while achieving safety, housekeeping, yield, availability, and cost performance targets. You will ensure the safe, effective, and efficient use of labor, materials, equipment, and in-process inventories. Leading improvement projects and professional training will support developmental goals.

What do you bring?

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related technical field.

5-8 years of manufacturing experience in progressive leadership roles, preferably in mineral fiber processing.
