Overview:A respected market leader in the Food and Beverage industry is seeking a results-driven Plant Operations Manager to lead production and planning at its flagship manufacturing facility. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional leadership, and a fast-track path to Plant Manager for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Implement standard work processes and lead change management initiatives

• Sustain continuous improvement through disciplined execution and autonomous maintenance

• Develop and engage employees to build a high-performance culture

• Collaborate with HR, Maintenance, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to meet operational goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Food, Beverage, Pharma, or CPG manufacturing

• Minimum 7 years in plant operations or manufacturing leadership

• Experience leading teams in facilities with 400+ employees

• Strong background in Continuous Improvement

• Union experience highly

• Proven track record of building engaged, high-performing teams

• Must be open to future relocation for advancement within the organization
