Plant Manager - Heidelberg Materials : Job Details

• Lead and manage all plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of Underground Mining Engineer experience; Geology degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
