What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage all plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What Are We Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of Underground Mining Engineer experience; Geology degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Experience in a dynamic manufacturing setting with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with opportunities for professional growth.
- Hands-on role requiring attention to detail and proactive management.
