Plant ManagerLocation: Blue Ash, OH | 100% OnsiteSchedule: Full-TimePay: $130,000-$150,000/year + bonus potential

trak group is hiring a Plant Manager for a well-established manufacturing company known for its custom-engineered solutions in lighting and graphics. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving performance, improving operations, and shaping culture at the company's flagship facility.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant performance, including production, shipping/receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations
• Manage and develop 10+ supervisor-level direct reports across two shifts
• Implement Lean tools such as 5S, PDCA, Standard Work, and Visual Management
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance
• Optimize plant layout, workforce planning, and resource utilization
• Manage operational budgets and contribute to capital investment planning
• Partner with Supply Chain, HR, Quality, and Engineering to achieve business goals
• Foster accountability, consistency, and collaboration across teams

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field
• 7–10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
• Strong ability to lead from the floor with a practical, people-first approach
• Background in light assembly, light industrial, or metal fabrication
• Proficient in ERP systems and KPI-driven performance management
