We are seeking an experienced PLANT MANAGER to lead their operations.Position Summary: Leads the site to exceptional customer satisfaction and operational results by fostering a high-performance, employee-ownership culture. Develops strategies across four key areas: culture, skills, technology, and systems, to achieve continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Team Development (SQDCT). Acts as a talent developer to build future leadership.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the Site Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure safety, environmental compliance, wellness, quality, delivery, and financial performance.Establish employee participation and engagement infrastructure focusing on leadership development, communication, participation, celebration, and assessment.Foster differentiation and competitiveness through high employee engagement and ownership culture.Monitor and assess cultural health and results, focusing on how outcomes are achieved.Develop a pipeline of future leaders through career pathways, challenging high-potential employees, and supervising key managers including Engineering, Value Stream, and Facilities Managers.Collaborate with corporate functions to develop HR, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 10+ years leading manufacturing in regulated industries, demonstrating success with lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of ISO, FDA, GMP, risk management, business processes, and travel requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Preferred Skills: Leadership in results-driven environments, ethics, business acumen, team building, integrity, customer focus, time and conflict management, and strategic agility.Compensation: $142,000 per year.#J-18808-Ljbffr
