Job Title: Plant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our facility in Pickerington, OH. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency and productivity, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global automotive supplier and contribute to our team's success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in plant management or operations leadership
• Proven track record of improving plant efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to other facilities as needed

Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and capital project management
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Predictive Maintenance
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or higher)
