Plant Manager - fpc franchise : Job Details

The Plant Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities at the facility. This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development. Responsible for all of production, engineering, quality, shipping & receiving, maintenance, and advanced manufacturing.

Position reports to a General Manager

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years in mfg, 6+ years in leadership
• Held a manager title (or equivalent) for at least 2 years
• Led a team of at least 30
• LSS training and practical application
• US Citizen or green card holder

Compensation

• $120-135k base + 10% bonus
