Apply today and be part of DiversiTech's commitment to operational success!About The RoleAs Plant Manager, you will oversee manufacturing production facility operations, ensuring safety, quality control, logistics optimization, and efficiency across all plant functions. You will manage facility-wide performance, ensure cost-effective production, oversee quality control processes, and implement lean manufacturing principles, optimizing workflow execution and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead plant staff hiring and training, coordinate cross-functional collaborations, and drive operational excellence, ensuring long-term scalability and structured efficiency.What You'll Do Supervise all plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Conduct daily walking tours of all departments, evaluating production flow and adherence to processes. Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, verifying manufacturing standards and product fulfillment alignment. Engage in sales, inventory, and operations planning processes, refining workflow efficiency. Oversee quality control through process inspections and finished product checks, gathering customer feedback on product quality. Lead operations team members, sourcing, hiring, and developing skilled staff for enhanced plant efficiency. Motivate teams to achieve operational excellence, consistently surpassing company objectives. Conduct department status meetings, ensuring clear information flow across teams. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing customer experience and manufacturing effectiveness. Monitor production, quality, and inventory costs, achieving targeted operational metrics. Address team conflicts promptly, refining workplace harmony and efficiency. Implement lean business systems throughout the site, managing daily assessments, Kaizen events, and structured process optimization. Examine accident reports, conduct safety meetings, and maintain an OSHA-compliant workplace, prioritizing employee well-being. Manage budgets, cost control, and spending, optimizing monthly cost of goods tracking. Oversee equipment repair and replacement, ensuring long-term facility sustainability. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to structured manufacturing excellence and operational optimization success.What We're Looking ForRequired Bachelor's Degree in logistics, business administration, engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience) 8-10 years of progressive experience leading fast-paced manufacturing environments, refining structured production efficiency Experience with lean tools, specializing in Toyota Production System or similar methodologies Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, optimizing workflow execution Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Strong negotiation skills, executive presence, and leadership capabilities, refining workforce engagement strategies Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, refining manufacturing adaptability Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with executive leadership Valid Driver's License, supporting cross-site logistics operationsPreferred Experience in concrete and/or plastics manufacturing, refining structured material development strategies Experience in CNC and/or robotic-assisted manufacturing operations, optimizing automated production workflows Experience in engineering or maintenance, refining long-term facility enhancement strategies Bilingual in Spanish, enhancing cross-functional communication capabilities 10-25% of travel is required.What We OfferAt DiversiTech, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) & Roth IRA for your financial security Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for you and your family Disability and Life Insurance for added protection Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and Personal Leave to ensure work-life balance Employee Assistance Programs for additional support
