We have an exciting Plant Manager opportunity available at our International Manufacturer Client located in the Syracuse, NY area.

Duties:

• Provide hands on direction and management for two manufacturing facilities
• Coordinate plant activities through planning with department managers
• Set up and approve production schedules
• Oversee the flow of materials and utilization of labor
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards
• Engage and develop staff into a high performing team

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Operations, Engineering, or related
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Production, Assembly, and Warehouse Operations
