Plant Manager - Sectr Partners : Job Details

This role is responsible for managing the entirety of the Aggregate Production Facility. An ideal candidate is required to have experience managing the operations of large scale Aggregate Production Facilities, Personnel, Drilling and Blasting processes, Rail Barges, Unionised Employees and Reside in / Relocate to New York.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, incident free work environment
• Manage all day-to-day Operation of 4Million Tonne per year Aggregate Quarry and Plant Facility
• Oversee 100+ Personnel across facility
• Set and execute production schedule with commercial team
• Monitor financials and push to continuously improve
• Execute all approved mine plans
• Ensure proper training and issue daily work assignments
• Manage Rail transport operation of the aggregates

Marginal Duties:

• Must be able to work after hours/weekends if needed
• May be required to pick up parts as needed
• Additional duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma with 10+ years Aggregate experience in a managerial position in a quarry/plant environment
• Experience in large scale Aggregate operations with unionised work force

Preferred

• Bachelors degree from 4 year college or university (Engineering preferred)
• 3 years experience in a operational leadership role
• Microsoft Software understanding and proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Working knowledge of E-Maint and AggFlow

Compensation

• Highly Competitive Base Salary ($130,000 - $165,000)
