Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Plant Manager at our Fletcher, OK – Gypsum Facility. The role oversees operations of a facility with around 140 employees, including a 30-person leadership team. The Plant Manager ensures safety, motivates and coaches the team, and applies Georgia-Pacific's Principle Based Management (PBM) to deliver value.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team aligned with company vision
• Applying PBM to foster empowerment
• Coaching and motivating for safety and efficiency
• Using disciplined operations and technology for improvements
• Utilizing data for opportunity identification
• Managing change and driving innovation
• Developing employees and ensuring accountability
• Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of leadership in industry or military, or 6 years in Gypsum industry
• Experience coaching and developing employees
• Experience with automation and technology improvements
• Using constraint analysis and continuous improvement tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical or business field
• Previous Gypsum experience
