We have partnered with an electric power generation company in the Ladysmith, WI area to provide them with a Plant Manager. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Must Have Skills:

• Five years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership in plant operations and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety compliance
• Expertise in inventory and supply chain management
• Solid business acumen for budgeting and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• Management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with production systems, safety protocols, and environmental compliance
• Engineering or Business Degree preferred
• Knowledge of biomass markets, wood species, and the wood pellet industry is a plus

Other Key Requirements:

• Must be able to work onsite; this is not remote
• Relocation not budgeted; local candidates preferred
