Provide overall leadership and direction to all plant personnel and outside personnel to maximize the value of the generation asset. Instill a culture consistence with Talen Energy values that empowers employees to excel and be their very best. Drive safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance to achieve corporate objectives and to maximize the profitability of the generating asset. Develop and implement company and business unit Operational Excellence initiatives as a member of the Talen PJM leadership team.
