Job Description :
Employee Relations: 30 % Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution. Partner with managers and supervisors with record keeping and documentation on employee relations issues and corrective action steps in disciplinary issues. Support a positive workplace culture based on Polaris values. Conduct exit interviews and processes required termination paperwork. Policy Implementation & Compliance: 10 % Interpret and apply company policies, labor laws, and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA). Partner with leaders to ensure compliance. Counsel employees regarding duties, career development, benefits programs, policies and other employment related issues. Support HR Projects: 10 % Collaborate with HR and plant leadership on initiatives including cross-functional employee engagement, safety/ EHS, and continuous improvement efforts.
