We are seeking a position that provides impactful reports and analysis to enhance bakery operational performance. Partner with plant management to deliver accurate financial insights for effective decision-making, aiming for maximum operations and minimized costs.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with plant management to prepare operational financial reports and forecasts.

Oversee operational accounting, fixed asset transactions, and inventory cut-offs to ensure accurate expenditure recording.

Provide financial analysis to leadership and plant management.

Develop budgets and forecasts for upcoming periods.

Produce performance reports on volume, sales, and key indicators weekly and monthly.

Manage monthly closing cycle for the West Region to ensure timely and accurate financial results.

Conduct post-closing operational analysis to evaluate variances and provide narratives.

Maintain plant standard costs and related resources.

Review capital projects to assess goal achievement, ROI, and efficiency.

Assist in developing operational reporting tools for timely data access.

Perform additional duties as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Manufacturing ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage others.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and related software.
• Willing to travel up to 25% between bakery locations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
