POSITION SUMMARY: The Plant Controller works closely with the local Plant Operations Team and Operations Controller to provide accounting, monitoring, and analytical support to achieve plant financial objectives. Key responsibilities include the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting systems, analysis and interpretation of trends, and preparation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management. This role requires strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset as they will work collaboratively across various departments to build relationships and assist in forward thinking.
