Plant Controller - Newell Brands : Job Details

Work with the site operations leadership team to explain and interpret key drivers of monthly performance Act as the primary liaison for plant site financial functions, needs, and policies. Leads the development of the sites annual manufacturing and distribution budgets, plus monthly forecast updates. Heavy focus on costing and inventory activities & provide informative analyses of the operations for division & local management. Consolidate, track, and report CAPEX forecasts for cash flow reporting Forecasting direct cost variances, cost reduction programs, wage rate variance and non-standard variances. Leads the month-end close process and ensures all requirements are met to properly reflect the financial status of the plant. Analyze significant operating variances monthly for Direct Labor, Variable Manufacturing Expense, Scrap & Material Usage.
