Plant Controller - ABB Group : Job Details

Support financial planning, controlling, and reporting activities with a strong focus on operational performance and cost optimization. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to drive process efficiency and financial transparency. Translating the finance strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets and overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for your area of responsibility. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in an operational or manufacturing environment. Strong expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficiency with an ERP, preferably SAP (especially FI/ CO modules). Demonstrated ability to work across functions and regions, with a collaborative mindset.
