The Hershey Company Stuarts Draft plant is a Non-Union plant producing products such as Reeses Pieces, Reeses Cups, Reeses Shapes, Almond Joy, Reeses Nut. Rageous, Oh Henry, Reeses Fast. Break, Whatchamacallit, Reeses Thins, Reeses Take-5, Baking Chips, etc. in a high-speed complex environment This position provides administrative support for the Plant Manager and the Plant Leadership Team. This role supports all scheduling needs for the Plant Leadership Team, Hourly Employee Roundtable meetings, Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Community lead, is the point of contact & coordinator for plant visits, meetings, and tours, and will lead in plant communications through huddle posts or digital board/ TV posts.
