A leading design house located in the Garment District of Manhattan is seeking a Planner to enhance our team by analyzing sales and working to ship product. Our team is hardworking, efficient, and well-respected.

• Review and analyze sales history to successfully plan future programs, detailing total units to produce, assortment creation and store allocations
• Generate/complete weekly reports in support of business objectives, i.e. create and update sales reports, replenishment reports, weekly best sellers
• Create end of season reports with highlights, learning, and recommended changes for next season
• Manage replenishment programs by forecasting weekly sales and placing production buy to keep replenishment programs in-stock without inventory liabilities
• Communicate with the production department to affect priority POs
• Identify and implement forecast changes, detailed understanding of profiles/seasonality
• Work to submit production buys and secure customer purchase orders
• This position involves working with fun products that have a trend liable to change rapidly and basic products

• 3 5 years experience in a replenishment planning role
• Experience working with Walmart & Target are a plus
• Ability to gather and interoperate data for various reports
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (xlookup, sumifs, pivot tables), savvy computer user
• Great attention to detail, ability to prioritize
• Enjoys troubleshooting & creating solutions via Excel, analytical mindset
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, master of writing concise emails
