Job Description :
Manage outside contractor relationships of those related to production. Create and maintain the production schedule in the ERP system and communicate the production schedules to the manufacturing sites. Manage outside contractor schedules to coordinate supply chain activities to support scheduled production. Resolve contractor issues relating to quality or availability Develop extensive knowledge of specific product line(s) Train and educate internal employees on finite scheduling and current planning and materials management techniques Review and maintain stocking levels for stocked manufactured products. Qualifications include:Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university 1-5 years experience in a planning or forecasting position preferred. Detail oriented with excellent communication and organization skills. MRP or MRP II experience in an engineer-to-order, or make-to-order environment preferred.
