We are seeking a skilled Planer Mill Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, hands-on experience in wood products manufacturing, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in a mill environment.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee planer mill production, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and streamline production processes.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement best practices, and ensure accountability.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain compliance with all procedures.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience as a Planer Mill Supervisor.
• Strong background in wood products manufacturing management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of continuous process improvement (Lean/5S preferred).
• Solid communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a mill environment with varying conditions.
