A nationally recognized litigation firm headquartered in Dallas is seeking a Staff Attorney to join its growing Plaintiff's practice. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed attorney to enter the dynamic world of mass tort litigation with full training provided. FIrm specializes in complex litigation issues including multi-district and class action cases.

  • Role Overview

    The associate will manage a high volume of complex personal injury/product liability cases from intake through settlement. Responsibilities include:

    • Evaluating potential claims using medical records and client-provided information.
    • Drafting pleadings and responding to discovery.
    • Communicating with clients, bankruptcy trustees, and probate counsel.
    • Supporting senior attorneys with litigation tasks as needed.

    Strong time management and organizational skills are essential, as the role involves handling multiple mass tort actions simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Minimum 1 year of legal practice (not suitable for recent graduates).
    • Experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
    • Familiarity with depositions and written discovery.
    • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and efficiency.
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
