Job DescriptionPipe PullerAutomation Personnel Services is looking for Pipe Pullers for a company based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part ofa dynamic team in a fast-growing, woman-owned manufacturer of pipe manufacturing and fabrication company. Pay Rate$12.00/$16.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Saturday, 7:00am to 7pm 40+ hours a week, sometimes over 60 hours per week. Pipe Puller Duties and Responsibilities • Operated overhead crane machinery to lift and transport products, supporting continuous production flow • Inspected molds, tools, and equipment regularly to detect and address potential issues • Prepared and set up molds, promptly reporting mechanical or setup concerns to the supervisor • Reviewed machine displays to identify correct stencil and barcode data for each pipe • Verified work order details-including physical files and entries in the GURUSOFT system before initiating tasks • Maintained a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with operational standards • Identified and escalated equipment malfunctions and quality defects to supervisory personnel • Recorded and updated pipe specifications accurately within pipe files and the GURUSOFT system Pipe Puller Qualifications and Requirements • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial operations • Strong grasp of industry practices, compliance standards, and safety protocols • Effective communicator across teams and management levels • Exceptional attention to detail with solid organizational capabilities • Basic proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP and GURUSOFT • Bilingual or fluent in a second language is a valuable asset Job TypeFull-time, temporary Benefits• Weekly Pay• Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance• 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours• 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement PlanAutomation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
