As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Pilates Instructor.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Pilates Instructor/Assistant Manager at Archer Pilates located in Westchester, CA as a Certified Pilates Instructor/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for teaching Pilates classes and privates, providing personalized instruction to clients, and assisting with managerial tasks. You will also collaborate with the team to create class schedules, manage client bookings, and ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Certification on all the apparatas as a Pilates Instructor
• Experience teaching group and private Pilates sessions
• Excellent knowledge of Pilates principles and exercises
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide safe and effective instructions to clients
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
