1. Primary Duties:Oyster Production - Operate in a high quality, high output facility in a piece-rate position that consists of either shucking, grading, or bagging oysters. Maintain a high output rate that follows the standards and procedures of Pacific Seafood. Product Inspection - Assist in product quality management by inspecting and evaluating any product you work with, whether you are breaking clusters, shucking oysters, or bagging, and reporting any questions or concerns to a supervisor or manager. As a piece rate position, you will be compensated additionally for high quality product output. This helps ensure the final product maintains the high-quality standards of Pacific Seafood. Production Output - Maintain a consistent pace that meets the standard of Pacific Seafood. There are many orders that are processed and need to be met.
