Location: Mountainview, CA area Type: Contract We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals who are prepared to go above and beyond to delight our unique customers; enthusiastic self-starters excited to help grow and develop our evolving customer experience program. You will be one of our first points of contact with customers, merchant partners and the general public. Job Overview:

  • Customer engagement
  • Receive orders from system
  • Pick orders from shelf and load into delivery package
  • Weigh delivery package and validate order before loading
  • Request aircraft when package is ready to be delivered
  • Carry package from packing area to drone pickup location
  • Load aircraft with package
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Must be able to work alone or in a small team
  • Escalate any loading or onsite issues to their team lead
  • Daily inventory check and audit
  • Other duties as needed
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction : Answer questions, ensure potential customers feel welcomed, and merchant partners cared for.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Keep the nest and designated store area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment, sharing knowledge and supporting each other.
  • Store Operations : Pick orders from shelf, weigh package, validate order, load into delivery package and load into drone. Products stock check and proactive inventory verification.

  • Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Stamina: bility to stand for extended periods, move around the store, and work under various weather conditions.
Requirements:
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug testing
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work outdoors, conditions can vary
  • Must live no more than 30 miles from the workplace (The distance will be adjusted according to the city)
  • Preferred experience in retail stores like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Costco, Apple, Macy's or similar
