Picker/Packers - 1st shift - Insync Staffing : Job Details

Picker/Packer roles Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay rate: $18.50/hr Duration: 1 year+ Hours: 5:30am-2:00pm Monday-Friday Summary: Pick, pack, ship, receive, and maintain inventory of products and raw materials while ensuring accuracy, proper storage, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Pack and ship customer orders, ensuring:
• Correct lot numbers
• Shipping temperature requirements
• ccurate addresses and shipping methods
• Work in varied temperature environments (ambient, refrigerated, frozen)
• Receive incoming materials; store at correct temperature
• Pick items using RF scanner or voice picking system
• Inspect shipments and verify against packing lists, purchase orders, and bills of lading
• Report damaged or incorrect goods
• Document and label materials per procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stocking and distribution
• Prepare shipping and receiving documents; update databases with product/material information
• Identify and address logistics, shipping, and receiving issues
• Operate material-handling equipment (forklift, man-up order picker) as needed
