Picker/Packer - Qualified Staffing : Job Details

Location: Ann Arbor

Pay: $17/hr

Shift: Training will be 7:30 - 4:00. Standard shift will be 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Order Picking: Retrieve items from inventory based on order specifications. Verify product type, size, and quantity to ensure order accuracy.
• Packing & Labeling: Securely pack products using proper materials to prevent damage. Print and apply accurate shipping labels for each order.
• Shipping Preparation: Organize completed orders by carrier and destination. Assist with loading shipments onto outbound trucks when needed.
• Inventory Management: Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors. Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks.
• Workstation Maintenance: Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Properly handle tools, scanners, and packaging equipment.

• High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of scanners and inventory systems (preferred).
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and carry items throughout shift.
• Ability to meet KPIs.
