Location: Middletown, CT

Pay Rate: $17-$20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift (based on business needs)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves accurately picking products from inventory, packing them for shipment, and ensuring all outgoing orders meet quality and accuracy standards. It's a key position in maintaining smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from shelves based on order specifications

• Carefully pack products for shipping using appropriate materials

• Label packages and prepare them for shipment

• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Assist with restocking shelves and inventory rotation as needed

• Use handheld scanners or basic systems to log orders and track inventory

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior warehouse, order fulfillment, or packing experience a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods

• Able to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed

• Good communication and basic computer or scanner use skills

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where reliability and accuracy are critical. Training will be provided, but prior warehouse experience is helpful.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
