Picker / Packer - Staff Finders : Job Details

About the job Picker / Packer Picker/Packer First Shift 6:00am 2:30pm, Monday through Friday Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support warehouse operations during first shift. This role involves handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized, safety-focused work environment. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare parts for shipment according to established procedures
• Assist with organizing and storing incoming materials
• Operate cranes and order pickers to move or position loads
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking
• Instruct and support other team members as needed
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, hazard-free workspace

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong attendance record
• Ability to work safely and efficiently both independently and in a team
• Comfortable working with close tolerances and following written instructions
• High attention to detail and reliability

Safety Requirements

• Required PPE includes metatarsal boots, gloves, earplugs, safety glasses, and bump cap
• PPE must be worn for the entire shift - no exceptions
• All PPE provided except metatarsal boots; reimbursement for boots available up to $140
