Job Title: Picker/Packer Associate Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Pay Rate: $16 per hour, $250 signing bonus, after successful completion of first 90 days!! Position Summary: This role's main responsibility will be to pick the items from the bins appropriately. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount to the success of this role. Position Responsibilities: • Contribute to the warehouse team: help organize, pack and clean Hub work areas daily • Read pick tickets and correctly pick items based on orders • Ensure quality items are put into every single box during packing • Pack every box efficiently, correctly with appropriate contents as instructed, and with a level of care satisfactory to the Packing Team and the Supervisor • Assist with Inventory & Returns as needed • Always ask if anything is unclear, misunderstood, seems out-of-place, or is unsafe in any way. • Effectively communicate needs, ideas, and questions with Team Members and Managers, to always ensure operational efficiency • Understand the expectations of workplace safety and use good judgment to create an injury-free workplace The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required • High attention to detail • Ability to effectively work individually and/or in a team environment • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks • Ability to respond to frequent demands of high-profile customers Position Details: The position is for 40 hours per week. Candidate must be able to work 8+ hours a day, stand on their feet for extended periods of time, and lift and carry 20+ pounds.
