As a Customer Order Fulfillment Co-worker, you will: Meet customers' needs, solve problems independently, and recognize when to escalate to a manager. Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at point of receiving. Enhance the customer experience by offering a streamlined and efficient handover in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO). Efficiently manage goods flow and customer handout operations, utilizing the designated systems and tools to ensure seamless process flow and maintain data integrity. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash balancing policies.
